What is MyChart HonorHealth? ›

MyChart is a free, easy-to-use, secure website that gives you access to your health information quickly and conveniently from your computer, smartphone or tablet.

Enter your username and password. Click sign in. What if I forget my MyChart password? Click the forgot password link on the MyChart sign-in page to reset your password or contact the HonorHealth Customer Navigation Center at 623-580-5800 to request a new, secure password.

This service does not cost you anything and can help your doctor and health care providers, including those outside of HonorHealth, to better coordinate your care by securely sharing your health information through a system called Epic CareEverywhere.

How is MyChart secure? Your healthcare providers take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords.
